To preserve its beauty for as long as possible, we recommend that you follow these guidelines: Wash your dinnerware carefully before using it for the first time. Porcelain products are dishwasher-safe when a low-temperature setting is selected and only the recommended amount of dishwasher detergent is used. Take care to ensure that the dishes will not knock against each other. It is also possible to clean the porcelain by hand with soapy warm water and a soft sponge. Take care to avoid using the abrasive side of the sponge, which might damage the surface of the decoration.
If the porcelain is not cleaned immediately after use, it should be rinsed in warm water.
If your porcelain product is trimmed with gold or platinum, these metallic adornments may tarnish over time. To restore their shine, simply rub them carefully with a soft cloth and a few drops of liquid silver polish.Your product is only microwave-safe if it is completely free of any gold or platinum trim.
Avoid exposing your porcelain product to rapid or extreme temperature changes: for example, do not place your porcelain directly in a microwave if you have just removed it from the refrigerator, and vice versa.
